What’s new in Ava CRM

Every release, newest first. Android phones update from Google Play, and the web app updates by itself.

Version 2.10.0

  • Sign in as a user. Administrators can open the app as one of their people to see what they see or fix something for them. A banner leads back, and every use is listed for all administrators.
  • Map fixed on phones. The accounts map now loads on Android and iPhone.

Version 2.9.0

  • Accounts on a map. Doctors, pharmacies and hospitals on a map, coloured by tier, with overdue accounts highlighted.
  • Repeat last call. Start a call from the last visit with products, key messages and objectives filled in.
  • Next cycle in one tap. Start next cycle’s plan from this one, adjusted for tier changes and missed visits.
  • Sample restock requests. Reps ask for samples from the Samples screen; managers approve in one tap.
  • Tier review. At the end of a cycle Ava suggests doctors to move up or down a tier, for managers to approve.
  • Handover. Move a leaver’s accounts, plans, tasks, events and samples to someone else in one step.
  • Forgot password and safer admin sign-in. Reset your own password with a code sent to your work email; administrators can require a code by email at sign-in.
  • Setup checklist and invites. A checklist for new companies, and invitations by WhatsApp or email.
  • Edit in a grid. On the web, edit many accounts or users at once in a spreadsheet-style grid, with undo.
  • App versions. Administrators see which app version each person uses and can set a minimum version.
  • Faster start. Older history is condensed, so Ava opens quickly in large companies.

Version 2.8.0

  • Free trial. Companies can start a 30-day free trial straight from the website, with a trial label in the app and reminder emails before it ends.

Version 2.7.0

  • Product presentations. Show slides during the call; Ava records time spent on each slide.
  • Call objectives. Set what each visit should achieve, and see objectives not achieved last time.
  • Sample signatures. Doctors sign on the screen when samples are handed over, with batch and expiry checks and monthly stock counts.
  • Events and CMEs. Invitations, confirmations, attendance and budgets.
  • Approvals. Account corrections and new accounts go to managers for approval; duplicates are flagged.
  • Weekly summary and calendar sync. A weekly coaching summary for managers, and planned visits in Outlook or Google Calendar.
  • Dark mode and a demo company. A dark theme, larger text options, and a demo company to explore every screen with made-up data.

Version 2.6.0

  • Leave, tasks and samples. Leave requests with approval, tasks with phone reminders, and sample stock.
  • Today’s route and Visit next. The day’s visits in one list, and suggestions for who to see next and why.
  • Coached visits and doctor profiles. Managers record joint visits; accounts get KOL, potential and segment profiling.
  • WhatsApp brochures. Send approved product material from the app.

Version 2.5.0

  • Choose months and users. Subscribe for the number of users and months you need, with the licence capped to match.

Version 2.4.0

  • Online payments. Subscribe in the web app by card, bank transfer or USSD.
  • AI consent and account deletion. The app asks before first sending anything to AI, and people can delete their own account.

  • A new look. Tile dashboards on Home, an agenda and week schedule, and account pages with a timeline.
  • Ask Ava and voice. Ask questions about your territory and dictate notes and plans.
  • Google Drive, cycles and reports. Keep data in Google Drive as well as OneDrive, monthly or quarterly cycles, and a report builder.

Version 2.2.0

  • User and territory IDs, dual roles. IDs for users and territories, and managers who are also administrators.
  • Profile photos and landscape. Photos on calls and team lists, and two-column layouts when the phone is turned sideways.

Version 2.1.0

  • Password sign-in and auto-save. Sign in with a company code, work email and password; every change saves automatically.

Version 2.0.0
